GOOD QUESTIONS

Things people ask
before they begin.

Is HopeNest free?

Yes. HopeNest is free to use, and you can explore a sample workspace without creating an account.

Who is it for?

HopeNest is for people going through fertility treatment or building a family. It is a private organizer for your appointments, checklists, costs, medications and cycle notes, and signup is open to adults.

Is my information private, and who can see it?

Nothing you enter is shared with anyone unless you choose to share it. Entry contents are encrypted in the database with a server-held key, so the server can decrypt them to show them to you. This is not end-to-end encryption, and HopeNest has no advertising pixels or session replay.

Is HopeNest a medical record, and does it give medical advice?

No. HopeNest is an organizer, not a medical record, and it does not diagnose, interpret test results or prescribe medications. Keep official results and instructions with your clinic; HopeNest does not claim HIPAA compliance.

Can I share with my partner?

Yes. You can invite a partner or support person to see the sections you choose, read only, and you can stop sharing at any time. They need their own HopeNest account.

What do the AI helpers do, and what do they send?

Quick capture and appointment prep questions can use AI, but only if you turn them on. When on, the text you paste (or, for prep questions, only the appointment title and type) is sent through our own AI gateway to OpenAI, and nothing is saved until you press Add.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In Settings you can export your active records or delete your account and its active records. Deletion does not instantly remove copies from infrastructure backups.

Can I try it without signing up?

Yes. The sample workspace uses fictional data and needs no account, so you can look around first.
